This form is designed to make things more easy in communicating your ideas of commission. The progress of your art piece will begin AFTER the customer has read, reviewed and agreed the T.O.S. contained here. Be reminded that your idea for commission , if it's chosen, I'll send you a confirmation email alongside the PayPal invoice required. If you don't receive the reply, can be for several reasons but I'll simplify them in only two:

1. I have selected other ideas instead.
2. Your submission in this form is too late and the queue has been closed.

TERMS OF SERVICE

COMMISSIONER MUST BE AN ADULT. ANYONE UNDER 18 YEARS OF AGE WILL NOT BE SERVED.

COMMISSIONER MUST READ AND AGREE TO T.O.S. BEFORE NEGOTIATION WILL BEGIN.

Single Illustration Prices:
$40: Lineart/Inks
$50: Monochrome
$75: Full colored/shaded (Price range depending of complexity of details, character designs or challenging poses for my artwork style).

*All prices include up to a max. of 3 characters in the same pic.

Comic Illustration Prices:
$60: Lineart / Inks
$75: Monochrome

$90: Flat color
$125: Full colored/shaded comic page; range depending of the amount of characters and the complexity of the scenes.

*Reference sheets will have a set price of $200.

**Number of characters per page, depends of the script.

All prices are in United States Dollar (USD).

Extra fees:
+8% Paypal Transaction fee (detailed in the payment section)
+20% Intense Fetish Artwork Extra fee labeled in the options as I.F.A. (detailed below)
+30% Fee for converting chats or RP logs into script.
+33% Penalty Fee for any delays or non-compliance in the payment plan agreement.

+50% for "Anonymous commissions".

- Consists in a unique payment of $1000 usd for a pic where my main and personal OC (fixed pred), is involved as a prey in a pic of your liking. This can be comissioned only once a year per person. Installments can be discussed (max. 4).

NOTE: The monochrome, flat color and full commissions are subject of pricing changes depending if there's challenging descriptions or situation beyond my usual art skills or complex character's features. All of this will be discussed and negotiated case by case, to have a more personalized commission.
**Prices are per page in the case of comics and image sets.

Content:
I will NOT draw: Cub, Scat/Farting/Gas, Watersports, Hardcore Gore, Rape, Hyper/Extreme subjects (like planet-sized characters or whatsoever), Original characters NOT owned by the commissioner. (Unless I am granted permission from the character's owner via a credible source or if it's fan-art related)

I WILL draw: Both SFW content and NSFW content, depicting any sexual orientation. Alongside this, I draw fetish art like vore (cock vore, unbirthing, absorption, melting, anal vore, oral vore and others) or soft-inflation and macro art pieces. I'm also allowing to be drawn soft-gore, candy-gore or post-vore (soft gastric digestion) but with an extra charge fee, detailed in the prices section.
Please ask if you are unsure if your idea fits into the aforementioned. This helps to ensure you get what you want, and I get a project I will enjoy creating.
*NOTE: I retain the right to turn down commission ideas. Some ideas might not be engaging and I work best when I am challenged/personally invested in the idea. If your commission is refused for this reason, feel free to give me another idea.

Copyrights and Ownership:
I retain the copyright to the finished work. Therefore, only I can make reproductions, sell prints, make revisions, and upload the image to galleries of my choosing.
The commissioner has the right to upload the finished work to any gallery of their choosing, provided they give credit in the description of the uploaded work. The commissioner may also create prints of the artwork for their own personal use. The commissioner shall not distribute said personal prints without consulting the artist first.
If you are interested in buying the production/reproduction rights to the work please ask. Prices will be negotiated on a case by case basis.
*NOTE: While I will happily provide you with various resolutions for the completed artwork, I will not give you exclusive access to those files unless purchasing of the production/reproduction rights are discussed ahead of time.

**NOTE 2: Recoloring my artwork, unless I give the explicit permission to do so, is strictly forbidden, specially if it's a reward from my support pages like Patreon, comic pages, commission WIPs of other users, etc. The penalty: you will be blacklisted and permanently banned from any other of my social platforms.
***Anything purchased from me, unless otherwise discussed, is for personal use only. You can get it printed for yourself, and personal use, but my work should not be used to make a profit off of items, such as stickers, t-shirts, mugs, etc.

Pre-Production:
Please describe what you want clearly and concisely. Clear descriptions are necessary for accuracy. Attempts at role playing or overly familiar communication will most likely result in your commission being passed over.
To further promote efficient production time, the commissioner should have their ideas well thought out and written in a clear intelligible format. Reference pictures for poses or specific character designs elements (i.e. markings, complex patterns, etc...) are highly encouraged and in most cases REQUIRED.

Changes During the Commission:
After payment is processed, I will deliver ONE roughly sketched work in progress file. This is to ensure the overall structure of the work is accurate to what you want. This is the one and ONLY time you may request changes to the overall structure of the image. Any changes must be within reason. Minor change requests such as character expressions and eyelid levels may be made at any time. However, they should be concise and within reason. I reserve the right to refuse fulfilling these requests if they impede productivity, or I deem them detrimental to the artwork’s quality.

I will send progress updates on commissions at major work-flow steps to keep you informed on the work as it progresses.

NOTE: There can be delays in the progress updates sometimes, since English isn't my native language and it takes me some time to write any messages, so please I ask for your comprehension and patience when you are expecting the updates.

NOTE 2: Any other major change like replacing the initial character for the requested commission will have an extra penalty fee of 20%, because this change will affect the whole structure and pic or pages integrity, since the character were already requested in the google form and aren’t subject to “sudden changes” from the commissioner. This will also mean an extra effort to the artist since it already had the sketches and more of the pics already in advance.

Payment:
Payments will need to made in full before I will start work on the commission. I will only accept payments via PayPal. Payment information will be confidentially provided over email, NOT via art-gallery website note systems.
All payments will have an extra 8% transaction fee, since Paypal charges me a percentage since I'm not an US citizen.

Payment plans:
Are only available for high volumes of commissions, like sequences or comics beyond the 10 pages, in flat color or full, since it means a big cost to the commissioner.
The options for payment plans will be mostly, personalized depending in the budget capacity of the commissioner: Weekly payment cycle (max. 6 payments) and Half-payment (a half upfront, and the other half when the linearts are delivered and reviewed by the commissioner).
NOTE: The commission WILL NOT BEGIN, in the weekly payment cycle, until all payments have been received and confirmed.
*Starting from November 1st, Payment Plans will be available for Patrons only, because of an excessive abuse of this "payment tool" from some commissioners, that affects my own personal finances.

Refunds:
Any refunds will be sent via PayPal.
Once the work has started in your pic, I decline to give refunds, so please be very sure and confident when you are going to commission me.
As I implied before, I reserve the right to refuse a refund after I have started work on the agreed upon commission.

Delivery times:
To be very specific, I take my time working in each piece especially in long comics or sequences, so in that case times could be very long. I ask you to be patient and wait for the final product, you won't be disappointed.
Also, all commissions, as said before, will have an stage of delivery when the line arts are done, for corrections or fixes (limited).

Single image pics: One week up to 1 month
Reference sheets: Two weeks up to 1 month
Sequences: 2 weeks to 1 month and a half
Comics:

- 10 pages or less: 1 - 6 months

- 10 to 25 pages: 6 months to 1 year.

- Above 25 pages: 1 year to 18 months.**

**The estimated comic delivery times depend exclusively of the type and quality of the comic, complexity, script, number of characters, sets, backgrounds and other factors.

NOTE: I usually will open comic slots as "reserve slots" for a future period, since that way I can have a steady workflow and not saturate myself with too much pics or pending commissions. I open about 3 slots per semester in a year period, so please be very sure before commissioning me. Patience is a virtue. Also is a safety measure in case IRL things or other issues delay my work on the commissions.

About scripts:
As said earlier, the commissioner takes responsibility on delivering in a legible and correct "script format", the content of the commission in the case that it's a comic. The scrip must have the following:
- A small text explaining in general terms the content of the comic.
- A quick description of character's personality, if available.
- The description in "panels", of the content that each page has, like this:

- Panel 4:

- And finally, if the commissioner doesn't have a script or in the case that wants to use the exported file of a chat or RP log, because of all the extra work and, the issues of not being an English native speaker/writer, there will be an extra fee of +30%, of the total value for the commission, that will be charged upfront when the commission is confirmed and ready to go.This is to cover my expenses of hiring someone or invest the time to convert the logs into a more proper format for me to read and also, work with.

Spam
There are sometimes that some people ask for commissions but after all details are set, they start to spam messages to my email. This is strictly forbidden and will result in blocking, and after the commission is done or if a refund is made, they will be putted in my blacklist. Since I don't speak natively English, this is a very stressing thing, so I do this for my mental health and also to prevent any unnecessary messages not related to the commission itself.
