Student Registration Form Info 2021-2022
We are looking forward to a brand new Good News Club year! We hope you will take advantage of the Online Student Registration this year. If you need further guidance using Breeze, please let us know before your club starts.You can find some helpful tutorial videos at www.cefsoutherncrescent.org/clubs

All forms and flyers can be printed on any color paper, but bright certainly grabs attention!

If you choose to do printed forms, all originals of the printed forms must be sent in to the CEF Southern Crescent office by the end of the first month of club.  Keep a copy for your files.  Any forms you receive after club begins should be sent in monthly.  Send forms to: CEF Southern Crescent Region, PO Box 1716, McDonough, GA 30253. Please also note that someone from your team will need to enter all the registration form info into the Breeze database system.

We do not need printouts of online registrations. All the information is stored in our database.
