We will be following a rotational Leadership System: Sub-committee members will take turns leading different events as:
  • Event Chairperson: Strategic oversight and team leadership
  • Publicity Lead: Social media marketing and content creation
  • Operations Manager: Logistics and participant management
  • Advisory Role: Mentor new members and gain coaching experience

Each role includes hands-on mentoring from EXCO members, helping you build diverse professional skills while making real impact on Singapore's youth AI ecosystem. More information can be found in our onboarding form
