The Aquarian Artisan Market is a monthly artisan market in Downtown Benicia, CA. This market is curated for artisans, crafters, and specialty food vendors. We would love to invite you to apply and join our small business market community! This application is for vendors interested in our July 2nd market. Vendor fee for the market is $125.00, Truck/Trailer Space is $165.00 (requires additional approval), and Food Vendor fee is $145.00. All food vendors must have a Special Events Food Permit issued by Solano County to participate.

Participant Agreement
LIABILITY AQUARIAN PLANTS AND THE COURTYARD SALON, it's owners and it's venue partners will not be responsible for any damage or loss to the participant property, injury to the participant. The participant holds themselves accountable for all risks involved including loss, damage liability, or injury from any cause. Participant releases and waives any claims against AQUARIAN PLANTS AND THE COURTYARD SALON, it's owners and it's venue partners related to the previously mentioned statements.

PARTICIPANT RESPONSIBILITY:

Participants are required to provide their own tables, displays, and fixtures - only space is provided. Electricity is not provided.

Tables and displays must not exceed 6' in length.

It is required that all Participants hold a valid California state seller's permit required by state law, including any applicable business licenses or liability insurance.

Participant Cancellation:
There are no refunds or credits given for Participant based cancellation after submission of the application and booth fee. Special accommodations may be made based on a case-by-case basis.
