NOTE: This form is for Conference Center Events only. If you are planning to attend  the Environmental Center, Farm School, or the Folk School, do not fill out this form.  Please visit our website for other program registrations. If you are an individual trying to register for an event being hosted at Camp McDowell, or interested in an individual event such as a wedding do NOT fill out this form. 1. We do not accept requests for specific buildings, only areas of lodging (Miller, Parsley, Stough). Before arriving at Camp McDowell, we will assign your meeting areas and lodging based on all conference group needs, the size of groups, and the spaces available. While we try to accommodate every request and need, we are not always able to grant your first choice of lodging areas and/or dates. Please note, we reference past invoices to help assign lodging.

2. Camp McDowell will provide lodging for the number you expect to attend. If your group surpasses your reserved number, we can not guarantee lodging unless you first confirm with us.

3. Fee based recreational activities are special requests. We currently utilize seasonal employees and must depend on their availability to confirm. We typically can not confirm until 2-3 weeks out.

4. To help us serve you better, the final number of attendees must be submitted at least 7 business days before your arrival date. The minimum number of meals for which you will be charged is the number you provide 7 business days before your arrival date.

5. Due to health department and insurance policies, PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON CAMP PROPERTY. Unfortunately, if they are present on campus, we will ask you to take them home immediately and your group is subject to a large fine. It is your responsibility to convey this policy to all participants in your group.

DEPOSIT POLICY
1. Deposits are due within 30 days of the receipt of your Reservation Confirmation.

2. Deposits are not required of groups sponsored by the Diocesan office; however, groups will be billed for a deposit if cancellation occurs within 60 days.

3. Deposits are refundable up to 60 days before the day of the retreat. Any extra fees put towards the retreat will be non-refundable after the 60-day mark as well.

A. Groups with an estimated invoice total of $5,000.00 and above will pay a 5% deposit fee. (Of estimated total) This deposited will attribute to your final cost.

B. Groups with an estimated invoice total of less than $5,000.00, will pay a flat fee between $100.00 and $150.00, depending on the number of participants. This deposit will attribute to your final cost.
