Waiver
I understand that there are certain risks of injury inherent in any outdoor activity. I will make reasonable efforts to ensure my own safety and the safety of other event participants and site visitors. Any damage or injury to third parties due to my own acts is my responsibility. I release and discharge the Illinois Native Plant Society (INPS) and the INPS Northeast Chapter, and their officers, from any claims which I may have against them arising in connection with my participation in this event. I have read this in its entirety and I freely and voluntarily assume all risks of such injuries and damages and notwithstanding such risks, I agree to participate in the event.
