By filling out this form and sending it to us, you agree that you are of legal age in your country to commission us (usually 18) and that you've read and agreed with our TOS.

If you fill and send the form then complain about something that was clearly written and explained in our TOS, you'll be blocked and barred from any future business with us.

Please make sure to have clear references of your character, and include every relevant detail in the form. We cannot be held responsible for having missed a specific feature of your character if you didn't told us about it.
