Polly Murphy Spirit of Volunteerism Award Nomination Form
Given by Lower Paxton Community Foundation in memory of our Co-founder, Polly Murphy, to
recognize and perpetuate her community spirit and love of the lower Paxton community.

Who can be nominated?
  • Individuals of all ages and backgrounds who show the spirit of volunteerism and have made a meaningful impact in making the Lower Paxton Community a great place to live, work and play.

Nominations: by the public, Township officials or the Foundation. An online nomination application will be
posted on the Lower Paxton Foundation website. 

Deadlines will be twice a year – February 23 (Polly’s Birthday) and October 10 (Linglestown 250th anniversary). Completed nominations will be held for three years.
