As we all scramble to settle in to new school, family and work schedules and commitments, please review ALL studio policies and complete this enrollment form as early as possible and by FRIDAY, August 18th in order to reserve a lesson slot in the studio schedule.
If you are a returning student, you may opt to keep your last year's slot for priority scheduling (recommended). However, adjustments may be required if too many returning students need day or time changes and then enrollment date will be taken into account.
Please enroll early and fill out the preferred timetables for the most flexible scheduling for your family. And be sure to click the final SUBMIT button!

Your completion and electronic signature/submittal of this form constitutes your agreement and enrollment into the studio for the two semester September-May terms. Specific dates the studio will be open and closed can be seen on the Studio Calendar for each semester.
