Are there any colors that you want to use? Are there any colors you do not want to use? You can include the color #000000 if known.

Is there a particular font you would like? Cursive? Bold? (If not this is fine)

What kind of vibe or mood do you want your design to give off? (Ex. Classy, fun, bold, glam, kid-friendly)

Are there any elements you would like to see in your design (ex: a heart, ice cream cone for ice cream shop, dress for boutique, etc.)

Are there any designs you like or any particular elements you like in certain designs?

We are not liable for any information we do not receive. For BUSINESS CARDS list: Proper spelling of name, all company info, business hours, slogans, phone number, and address. For COVER ART list: all artists, producers, or any other names you want to appear. Cover art title. If purchasing back cover list track names in order.
