Enabling SuperOffice Resource synchronization with Synchronizer
Dear Customer,

You have indicated that you want to synchronize SuperOffice resources, for example, meeting rooms. Due to some technical challenges, the synchronization of resources cannot be enabled directly by your SuperOffice partner.

A SuperOffice resource counts the same as a regular SuperOffice user, which means the resource calendar is exactly treated the same way as a normal person, this means each resource will use one Synchronizer license. Just like the calendar of a regular user, also the calendar of the resources is synchronized every 15 minutes,

The resource needs to be set up in the calendar system as a regular user, a user who can receive an email. For example, if you are using Office 365, the resource needs to be created as a regular Office 365 user, since you need to log in once to give the Synchronizer access to the calendar.

Each Synchronizer customer is entitled to use a maximum number of five (5) Synchronizer licenses in addition to its total amount of SuperOffice users.
For example: if you have 50 SuperOffice user licenses, you automatically also have 50 Synchronizer licenses and you are entitled to set up a maximum of 55 Synchronizer licenses.
These 5 additional Synchronizer licenses will be added to your licenses after you requested enabling SuperOffice Resource synchronization using this form.
