If you are in need of financial support, please fill out this form so that people can send money directly to you.  If you receive the requested money, please email us at communitycare@cheqbaycc.org so we can remove you from the list.

Please know that these requests will be made public so that community members can donate. If you prefer to remain anonymous please email us at communitycare@cheqbaycc.org so we can figure out how to support you in getting the needed funds while also keeping you anonymous.
