How Does This Work?

Take the Floor was put together to help support your ideas and maybe even get you a little startup capital.  Please remember that the projects submitted must be based in Franklin County, MA.  As this is an event to support the entrepreneurs of Franklin County.

You will have 5 minutes at ‘Take The Floor’, to do just that, take the floor and give us your pitch.  Once your 5  minutes are up, then it is time for Q&A.  The crowd or an advisory panel will have another 4 minutes to ask you questions about your proposal.  

If helpful, participants are eligible for free pitch coaching from Max Fripp, Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at Greenfield Community College

After all the participants have pitched their hearts out, the crowd and advisory panel will vote on the winning pitch of the night.  

The winning entrepreneurs will advance to the final pitch event on Thursday June 30th in Greenfield, where they will compete for cash investments to help launch or further their ideas.

This is strictly YOUR show, no electronic media allowed… no PowerPoint, projectors or video.
