Join Deanna Bartlett, A local Yoga Instructor for in-person community yoga!
This practice is designed to be accessible to all-levels, class will include a gentle/restorative style sequence with plenty of space to modify and adapt shapes according to your own body. You are invited to tap into and trust your inner agency to take up space and navigate what it feels like to care for your bodies needs, wants, and desires. Collectively in community we will practice pairing our breath with movement as we work to get out of the thinking mind and into the body!

-Please bring your own mat and any props you like for your practice
-Class is donation based, suggested donation: $14. All donations are optional and go directly to the instructor. (Cash and Venmo Accepted at the time of class!)
