Getting new hires up to speed

The purpose of this survey is to gather insights from HR managers on the issues related to new employees taking too long to acclimate to the work environment. The survey aims to understand the reasons behind the delayed productivity of new employees, the effectiveness of the current training programs, and the common challenges faced by new hires during their onboarding process.

The insights gathered from the survey will help us update and share our program that focuses on developing the necessary skills for success in the workplace, such as communication, problem-solving, and time management.

Furthermore, the results of the survey will provide valuable insights to HR managers and organizations on the effectiveness of their current training programs and areas for improvement. This will enable organizations to optimize their onboarding process, improve employee morale and satisfaction, and increase retention rates.
