Arts, Music, and Sports Grants Application 
We are committed to promoting positive youth development and believe that youth who stay active and engage in positive enrichment programs have a stronger chance at success. 

We encourage active participation in structured programs for Arts, Music, and Sports and have set aside funding to support our youth and the Norwalk programs who serve them. 
Grants are available for youth participants in need of fees or materials required to participate in Norwalk programs and for Norwalk programs in need of program materials/ equipment
that will directly serve youth participants.

Please note:
All grant applications are reviewed by our Arts, Music, & Sports Chairperson and are subject to needs assessment and funding availability. Funds are not immediately released and are paid via check. Applications must be complete and are submitted to Norwalk Lions Club AMS Chairperson. 
All interested must submit an application. Letters or verbal requests will not be accepted in lieu of application. You can opt to submit a pdf application by mail, e-mail, or in-person at one of our events. You can download a pdf application from our website.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
