"Food for Thought"     Form
Kilpatrick will host their December "Food for Thought" with a scholars and families on  December 7th and 8th .  In order to attend, you must complete this Google form by 12:00 p.m. on December 6th.  Only those parents and guardians listed on the scholars information will be able to attend. You are welcomed to bring your lunch or purchase one of our wonderful cafeteria meals. Please see guidelines and complete the registration form below.

Guidelines
  • If purchasing a cafeteria tray, guest trays are $4 and will be purchased in the lunch line on the day of the event.
  • Each scholar will only be able to attend their respective lunch period. Siblings will not be pulled for other lunch times. (This is because of grade level instructional time differences)
  • A separate form will need to be completed for each scholar.
  • You may bring a special lunch for your scholar. However, there will be no sharing of food with other scholars.
  • A scholars lunch period is only 30 minutes. Please encourage them to first eat then engage in conversation.
  • Picture identification will be checked.
