PUPIL RECORDS: (EC 49063 and 49069, 34 CFR 99.7, 20 USC 1232g) Parents' request to access their students educational records must be submitted in a written form to the school.

Students under the age of 18 may not request access to student records. The school will have five (5) business days from the day of receipt of the request to provide access to the records. Copies of student records are available to parents as a courtesy at this time. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to maintain home records of birth certificate, current shot records, report cards, etc.
