Attendance:
1. Your Vocal Masters schedule will be emailed to you.
2. Please text Mrs. Heim if you need to cancel a session (480) 227-7434. No makeup lessons or makeup group sessions are provided.
3. A session canceled on Mrs. Heim's part will be rescheduled. If you miss the make-up session, the session will not be rescheduled a second time.
4. Session will be taught in person at Valley Christian High School’s Music Hall (6900 W. Galveston St Chandler, AZ 85226). Individual FaceTime lessons are available if the Singer is out of town or prefers digital lessons.
Tuition Information:
1. Tuition is based on a semester amount and is payable in equal monthly installments of $140 for 25-minute lessons and $200 for 35- minute lessons. This amount includes the fee for private voice lessons, sheet music, group sessions, vocal master classes, debrief sessions, and management.
2. The first tuition payment is due upon completion of this form. All subsequent payments are due at the last lesson of the month to pre-pay for the next month.
3. A late fee of $25 will be charged if tuition is not received by the 1st of the month.
4. Tuition is non-refundable.
5. Tuition can be paid via Zelle (discoverable at 480-227-7434), Venmo (discoverable @Marianne-Heim), cash, or check made payable to Marianne Heim.
Withdrawals:
1. A 30-day notice is required to withdraw from Vocal Masters.
2. Marianne Heim Vocal Studio can cancel sessions for any student at any time for any reason per the discretion of the instructor at the end of any paid month.
Preparation:
1. Come prepared. (I.e.: Music binder/iPad, pencil, and water). It is understood that your voice is a muscle. It is your responsibility to take care of your vocal health. Sleep, drink water, warm up, etc. With each person who takes lessons comes a calendar of auditions and performances, so please do not attend a session if you have any symptoms of illness.
2. It is mandatory that all students participating in a performance opportunity will come to the scheduled voice lesson and Showcase call time the week of the show. Failure to do so may result in the ineligibility to perform.
Performance Opportunities:
There is one Singer's Showcase per semester. The Showcase will take place at the Valley Christian High School Music Hall. If a piano accompanist is needed, there will be a $30 accompanist fee due at the voice lesson prior to the Showcase. More detailed information will follow.
