Thank you for the opportunity to quote. There are important restrictions in our service as per the Waste Transportation Permit that was granted to us by the City of Tshwane.

Please review this before we continue to quote.

1. We are not allowed to provide services to clients of the City of Tshwane.

Should you wish to proceed with this quote, or should it not be disclosed to us that the client is a City of Tshwane client, please note that the client will continue to be billed by the City of Tshwane and will be liable to pay both fees (CoT and ours).

2. The City of Tshwane does not currently allow for any cancellation of contracts.

This is stipulated on our waste transportation permit. Clients currently being billed by Tshwane are advised to stay with the City of Tshwane as service provider, as these contracts cannot be cancelled. (E-mail support@el-shaddai.co.za for more info on this).
