The Legacy Society was established with the objective of growing the Endowment, (The Parish of St. Matthew Endowment Fund), and recognizes those who have made St. Matthew's a part of their personal legacy by including a gift to the Parish in their will or estate plan. The Endowment was created by the Vestry to receive gifts that provide a permanent source of endowment funds for the Parish in order to preserve an expand the work of the Parish and maintain the beautiful grounds and facilities for future generations.

All members of the Legacy Society are asked to complete this form so that the Parish can properly administer gifts and bequests at the appropriate time. The information contained in this form will always remain confidential.
