Convention Dates: Friday June 21 to Sunday June 23, 2024
Only pre-authorized required individuals will be reimbursed for a Thursday night hotel stay!

PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY 
  • Hotel room(s) are booked separately.  A link is provided on the VFW State Convention web page.

  • Registration is Not complete until Paid.
  • If you are registering more than one person, submit a separate registration for each additional person.  (A link is provided at the end of each submission) Every individual must be registered and paid
  • Deadline to Register for the Convention Banquet - May 31, 2024
  • Free cancellation up to June 14, 2024. Call 843-327-3858
  • Your ID Badge will be your ticket for entry to the Convention Banquet
  • If you are an elected Delegate, your ID badge will have "(D) Delegate" to cast votes in the elections
