WAIVER: In consideration of accepting this registration, I, the participant, intend to be legally bound and hereby waive or release any and all right and claims for damages or injuries that I may have against Jess Kraus and Natalie Kraus (Surf & Yoga Wellness Retreats), and all of their agents assisting with the retreat, sponsors and their representatives, and employees of Present Moments Retreat for any and all injuries or damages to me or my personal property, before, during, or after the retreat. This includes but is not limited to injuries, losses or damages in connection with accommodations, other facilities at resort, ground transportation, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, Acts of God, delays, changes or cancellation of travel due to weather conditions, accidents or health-related issues while residing at Present Moment Retreat and in transit to, during, or after any tours. I recognize, intend, and understand that this release is binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, or assignees. I also authorize the use of photographs or videos that include my image for promotional, informational, or other reasons deemed to be in the best interest of the event. Please note that your $750.00 initial deposit and 2.9% processing fee is non-refundable, except in the event the retreat is rescheduled or cancelled by the event organizers. If my personal travel plans are delayed or cancelled for any reason there will be no refunds issued by Jess Kraus or Natalie Kraus (Swell Sol Retreats). After October 1st, 2021, there will be no refunds of any kind offered. I certify that I am physically fit, healthy, and well for the completion of this retreat and that my physical condition has been verified by a licensed Medical Doctor. By submitting this registration, I acknowledge (or a parent or adult guardian for all children under 18 years) having read and agreed to the above waiver. *
