Session Design Survey // Forging the Path: Supporting Women in Elected Leadership
The League of Oregon Cities (LOC) Women's Caucus and The Center for Women's Leadership (CWL) are excited to be partnering on a leadership development session at the 2024 LOC Spring Conference.

The session will take place on Thursday, April 25 from 2:00pm-3:00pm. Attendees, panelists and facilitators will consider strategies for addressing the isolation, tokenizing, and disconnection experienced by women in elected leadership.  They will also be supported in reflecting on their own leadership stories and discussing methods for addressing the gender-based challenges they experience in their roles.

We invite you to participate in co-creation of our time together. Information collected here will remain anonymous and act as a catalyst for session facilitators to design and plan a session uniquely for all of you.

Please reach out to Jessica Mole Heilman, Co-Director, Center for Women's Leadership at jmole@pdx.edu with any questions you may have.
