ROSE Affirming Gear Request
ROSE is working to provide gender affirming clothing and gear to community members in need. Due to the constraints of operating solely on monetary donations, we cannot guarantee filling out this form will ensure you get chosen or accepted for our Affirming Gear Program.

The Affirming Gear Program Coordinator will review all applications. Only those accepted will be contacted.

Each accepted individual can expect to receive ONE to THREE items, not exceeding $35-50 in total.
