Charissa Weaks Licensed Merch Application
Thank you for your interest in licensing Witch Walker Series/Charissa Weaks merchandise. Please read fully before applying.

Requirements for licensed merch:
- 20% net profit
- non-exclusive rights
- author final approval on all designs, art, styles, etc.
- one year contract, renewable term upon request
- payments are made to the author quarterly (payments can be deferred until a minimum amount is met, but notification quarterly is required)
- must have read the books for which you intend on creating products*

If we feel that your business and product is a good fit for Charissa, her readers, and the series, we will reach out for further discussion within two weeks of submission for discussion and presentation of the licensing contract. Please understand that we cannot respond to all requests.
