The Chamber Event Sponsorship Application is designed to allow non-profit organizations that service Wasatch County to participate in Chamber events for no cost and at a sponsorship level. Here at the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce, we understand the financial challenges non-profits often face, and we aim to support their initiatives by offering event scholarships.

- No-Cost Participation: We are pleased to offer selected non-profit organizations the chance to participate in events without financial burden.
- Application Process: Eligible non-profits can complete a simple application form to be considered for sponsorship. The application requires information about the organization, its mission, and event preferences.
- Eligibility Criteria: The event scholarship is exclusively open to non-profit organizations that are active members of the Heber Valley Chamber of Commerce, that have been established for a minimum of 6 months, and whom service Wasatch County.
- Notification within 30 Business Days: All applicants will receive a response within 30 business days, notifying them of their application status. Accepted organizations will also be informed about the specific event they can participate in.
