This poll seeks to gather information from the WRF membership regarding church life and activities under the present Covid-19 global situation. It should take around 15 minutes to answer the questions and your answers will help us put together a report that might be especially helpful for churches around the globe as they are challenged and inspired by seeing what others in the same fellowship are doing to cope with the present situation.
 We are extremely thankful that you have chosen to participate in the poll and we will not publicly identify your answers unless you expressly authorize this at the end of the poll. There are 10 questions covering three main areas: (A) How your church is ministering under governmental restrictions that might currently be in effect in the area where your church ministers; (B) How your church has understood and related to such restrictions; and (C) Ideas and contributions you might want to share with the WRF community about how to effectively continue to serve under the present conditions.  
We believe this survey and the ensuing report will help us serve the global church, advancing our worldwide Reformed partnership by one more time encouraging the strengths of some to become the strengths of all in the service of Jesus Christ.
