Special Olympics Club Application Form

REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum GPA of 3.0
-Must have no record of OSS or ISS
-9th through 12th-grade members only

The fall events will include weekly virtual zoom unified Special Olympics Power Up sessions beginning September 8th, 2020.

SO Club Members from Last School Year - Please either email Ms. Pacifico or resubmit an application before 8/28/20 to confirm that you want to participate again this school year. Thank you!

All events are free and during the school day. There will be one meeting each month during lunch time. *
