2024 Navy Swimming Camp Transportation Request Form
Please complete form no later than Friday May 31st at 08:30am EST.  Please complete one form for each swimmer.  Do not complete one form for more than one swimmer.  Thank you.

Recommended USNA camp arrival times (Same times as in 2023!)
Session I & II: Check-in will occur between 12:00 – 2:00pm on Tuesday June 11th and Monday June 17th.

Recommended USNA camp pick-up times (Same times as in 2023!)
Session I& II: Check-out will occur between 12:00 – 12:30 PM on the 15th and 21st of June.  Each camper is expected to be picked up at 12:00 noon on departure day.  

Recommended BWI Airport Arrival times (Same times as in 2023!)
Session I & Session II: Coaches will be on hand for airport pick-up between 11:00am-1:00pm on Tuesday June 11th  & Monday, June 17th.  You may arrive earlier than 11:00AM….please understand that a coach will not be on hand until 11:00 AM.  

Recommended BWI Airport departure times (Same times as in 2023!)
Session I & Session II: Coaches will take campers back to the airport beginning at 12:00 PM (noon).  Please schedule a departure time no earlier than 2:00 PM on Saturday June 15th & Friday June 21st.  Coaches will remain at the airport until 2:00/2:15 PM.

NOTE: We do not offer transportation services on any other camp day other that June 11th, 15th, 17th & 21st, 2024
