2024 Eureka Post 177 Baseball Camp 
Join current High School coaches along with current and alumni players,  as we dive headfirst into a week of fun-filled learning.  We will cover everything baseball, including the fundamentals of defense, hitting, base-running, and rules of the game.

Dates: June 17th - 20th, 2024 • 9am - 12 Noon.  
Location: Ellisville Athletic Association
Ages:  Grade 4-7
Cost: $150 per player • Camp T-Shirt included

By submitting this form you give your consent for your child's participation in Post 177 Youth Baseball Camp.  In the event of any injury or sickness occurring during Post 177 Youth Baseball Camp, you authorize any official(s) to administer first aid and, if necessary, to transport your child to the nearest emergency treatment.

You release Post 177 Baseball and any person(s) connected with Post 177 Baseball of any responsibility from accident or injury incurred as a result of their participation in this Youth Baseball Camp.

You certify that you child has been given a physical examination and is physically able to participate in all related activities.  Please notify in writing any medical conditions of which the Post 177 Baseball coaching staff should be aware.

You give permission for Post 177 Baseball to photograph the participant and use those photos in future promotional materials.
