The service coordinator helps focus attention and eliminate distractions by ensuring all service elements and transition cues are known by everyone involved in the gathering (production team, music team, pastors, Scripture reader, etc.). This role requires a higher level of competency to identify issues/needs and must be quick to offer solutions throughout the gathering so that the gospel can be heard and seen without distraction. Training will be provided by one of our Redeemer staff members to ensure you are equipped to serve.

Time Commitment (RAK): Alternating Fridays. Serves for the length of the gathering.

Time Commitment (Dubai): Alternating Fridays. Serves for only one of the gatherings. First gathering timings: 8:45–10:15 am; Second gathering timings: 10:45 am–12:15 pm.
