Everyone has experienced a certain degree of stress in their lives, in which could affect our well-being and mental health. As such, this talk would cover some basic understanding of different types of stress including the common symptoms experienced by an individual when feeling stressed. This talk could be a good opportunity for participants to explore and learn some strategies in managing stress for themselves.
