We are in the process of planning our enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year. Below, please indicate the names and grades of your children who will be attending St. Catherine of Alexandria School in August, 2023.
Complete this form and pay the re-registration fee through Blackbaud by Monday, January 15, 2024. (This is Martin Luther King, Jr. Day. We have been told that payments made to Blackbaud over the phone on this day will still be posted.)

PAYMENT:  
All tuition accounts have been billed $75.00 for the re-registration fee.  YOUR REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE COMPLETE UNTIL THIS FORM IS SUBMITTED AND YOUR RE-REGISTRATION FEE IS PAID. Any fees not paid by January 15, 2024 will be removed from the account and your student's registration will not be finalized. After that date, you will be billed the increased fee of $100.00 (via Blackbaud) upon submission of this form.
