1. Training fees are non-refundable and non-transferable (except in extenuating circumstances)
2. Right is reserved to change or cancel this course.
3. Some courses require you to provide your own tools - a list will be issued with your course confirmation documents. Accommodation is not included, however we can provide details of local hotels and B&B’s to assist.
4. If you fail to provide appropriate security clearance and /or any other requested documentation you will not be able to attend the course and you will not be eligible for a refund
5. The person has the authority to make the booking.
6. Member rates will be granted to those applying for membership, however, if for any reason your membership should be unsuccessful or you decide not to become a member, we reserve the right to charge the difference on the non-member rate for any training undertaken.
