EOG/EOC Testing Volunteer Form

We are reaching out to ask for your assistance in proctoring End of Grade/End of Course testing sessions at Margaret Pollard Middle School on May 26, May 31, June 1, and June 2. As you may know, we rely heavily on our dedicated volunteers to ensure that our testing sessions run smoothly and efficiently.

The EOG/EOC testing sessions will take place at Pollard and will be held from 7:45 AM to about 12:30 PM on the following dates:

- May 26: Reading EOG

- May 31: Math EOG

- June 1: Science EOG

- June 2 : Math 1/Math 3 EOC

As a proctor, you will be responsible for monitoring the testing environment, ensuring that all testing procedures are followed, and supporting the testing administrator as needed. You will be provided with all the necessary training and materials to ensure that you are fully equipped for the task.

Your time and dedication are greatly appreciated, and we could not do this without you. Please fill out the Google From by May 24 and let us know if you are available to volunteer for any of the dates listed above.
