If you have been an Exhibitor in previous years, you will notice some changes to the registration process this year. 

• You will not be charged through this Google Form. After submitting your registration, you will receive an email within three business days to arrange for payment of the space and services you have selected here.
• To simplify the registration process, as well as avoid a multitude of changes later, we are not asking for specific booth staff names until closer to the conference; this will give your organization time to decide who will represent your organization in Palm Springs.
• To avoid having to input the same information multiple times, we have added the ability to mark the Main Contact also as the person responsible for payment.
• We have added a small (optional) survey at the end of the registration form to collect any feedback you have for us regarding the signup process.
