Chinook Montessori Charter Parent Feedback Form 2022
In an effort to continue to improve on and reflect on our practices, we are asking parents to take a few minutes to complete this survey. The first box of each question states a foundational goal or belief of Chinook and lists the practices we engage in that reflect this goal and/or belief. Please tell us how you think we are doing relative to the foundational goals and beliefs of the school, and offer comments relative to that area. The Chinook Board and faculty will review the responses and use the feedback to inform future decision making.
There are 6 foundational aspect questions and 1 section to rate academics.
