Oletko kokenut tai nähnyt NääsPeksin toiminnassa yhdenvertaisuutta rikkovaa, huonosti saavutettavaa tai häiritsevää toimintaa tai kiusaamista? Voit jättää palautteen tätä kautta anonyymisti tai jättää yhteystietosi loppuun. Henkilöön kohdistuvaa palautetta ei voida käsitellä ilman yhteystietojen jättämistä.

Palaute menee ainoastaan yhdenvertaisuusparin käsiteltäväksi, jotka ottavat tarvittaessa yhteyttä asianomaisiin tai TREYn häirintäyhdyshenkilöihin ja nostavat tarvittaessa ongelmallisen toimintatavan tai toimenpidetarpeen esiin hallituksen kanssa. Yv-pari saa ohjata palautteen jättäjää olemaan yhteydessä TREYn härintäyhdyshenkilöihin tai muuhun tahoon.

Emme hyväksy toiminnassamme häiritsevää toimintaa tai kiusaamista. NääsPeksin toimintaan ovat tervetulleita kaikki, ja ikävät tilanteet halutaan ratkaista siten, että kaikilla on mahdollisuus harrastaa turvallisessa ja mukavassa ympäristössä.

Have you experienced harassment, bullying, inequal behavior or treatment, or poor accessibility in NääsPeksi's events or acitivities? Through this form, you can leave anonymous feedback - If you want to be contacted about your feedback, please leave your contact information at the end of the form. If your feedback has to do with the behavior of a person, we cannot process the feedback without contact information.

The feedback will be dealt with by NääsPeksi's appointed pair of Equality Supervisors (henceforth referred to as the Eq-pair), who will contact the concerned parties or TREY's harassment contact persons if required. If need be, the Eq-pair will bring the larger issue to the attention of NääsPeksi's board. The Eq-pair has the right to instruct the person who submitted the feedback to contact TREY's harassment contact persons or other appropriate authorities.

We do not condone or accept any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment or bullying. Everyone is welcome to join NääsPeksi's activities, and we want to solve all unpleasant situations in a way that let's everyone participate freely in a safe and comfortable environment.
