By signing below you are stating that you have read the Show Choir handbook in its entirety and are agreeing to all rules and regulations regarding participation in Show Choir


Student:
I have read the rules and understand the importance of following the rules.  If I choose to break a rule or create a situation that negatively influences the choir(s), I understand that I may be dismissed from the choir if the situation cannot be resolved satisfactorily.  I also understand that all school policies and disciplinary procedures apply at all times.

Parent:
I have read the above information and agree to support the choir and its rules. Failure to do so could result in my child's expulsion from the group.
