A twenty-minute drop-in session for those curious and new to mindful meditation, or the more regular meditator who maybe fancies a midday pause and the opportunity to practice with others. Hannah will lead a short ‘grounding and settling’ practice to help us set down the day so far, and face the afternoon with a sense of a peace and purpose.
This is an in-person session meeting in the St. Peter's House Gardens, on the lawned area behind the building.
