EMPLOYERS ONLY: If you’re interested in leasing bedrooms for employees, please complete this form. 
  • Apartments in Powder Light consist of five double-occupancy bedrooms with three bathrooms plus a common kitchen and living area.
  • Bedrooms will lease directly to employers to sublease to their employees.
  • All apartments rent fully furnished. Amenities also include a community gym and in-unit laundry.
  • Powder Light is located on the Skyline bus route and is easy walking distance from Meadow Center.
  • Monthly rent is $1,700 per bedroom ($850/tenant). Rent includes all furnishings, utilities, and Wi-Fi.
  • If demand exceeds availability, employers will be selected by drawing.
  • Lone Mountain Land Company, the owner and developer, anticipates occupancy in January of 2023.
  • Lease length is for one-year.
  • BSCHT secured its involvement in Powder Light with BSCHT's access to designated workforce housing water rights. BSCHT made no financial contributions to the project. Lone Mountain Land Company constructed and funded Powder Light using private funding only. Neither Resort Tax or other public funding sources contributed to Powder Light.
