Grading Application

Complete one form per Student

This form is to be completed for those students wishing to be considered for their next Grading Level. Your belt will be presented to you when your successful results have been posted.

To grade you must be a current financial member of Tigers Taekwondo and your application must be completed prior to the grading. .
Students need to have attended 75% of classes for the current grading term.
You must have the permission of your Instructor prior to Grading 
You will be given a numbered " APPROVAL TO GRADE " card which you need when completing this form

Gup—12yo & Over Senior Gradings—$45.00
Cho Dan Bo (Probationary Black Belt) - $50.00 Red Belt black stripe
Black Belt 1st Dan $230
