California Oaks Golf Club will host its first annual Veteran's Day Tournament on November 10th, 2021.

This tournament will be benefiting 4 Paws 4 Patriots, a local organization based in Menifee, that provides and trains service dogs for Disabled Veterans and First Responders.

Golfers who attend will receive 1 round of golf, a swag bag, lunch with non-alcoholic beverage and a beer ticket for golfers 21+.

Set up will be shotgun. Tournament play will be "Scramble" format from 3 different tee locations "Red, White and Blue" i.e. 1st hole red tees, 2nd hole white tees, 3rd hole blue tees. Each team will consist of 4 golfers (spectators are not permitted at this event). The three lowest scored teams will be awarded with a Grand Prize, a Runner Up Prize and a Third Place Prize. Prizes are (TBD). There will be a closest to the pin competition on hole 15. Prize award is (TBD).

Foursome tournament entry fee is $75 per player and a Twosome tournament entry fee is $85 per player. Players must sign up as a twosome or a foursome. Solo golfers and threesomes will not be permitted to play.

You may also purchase a spot for a veteran to play in this tournament. Please inquire with in the pro shop for details.

Strokes and raffle tickets will be sold inside the pro shop during check-in. A maximum of 18 strokes ($5 per stroke) can be used per team to help lower your teams score. Raffle tickets will also be sold with a prize (TBD)

Sign-ups and tournament entry fees must be completed and paid by 5:30 p.m. November 1st, 2021. Payment can only be made in person at the COGC pro shop, cash or credit card will only be accepted, no checks. Twosome sign-ups will be paired with other twosomes at random. There will be no cancellations or refunds processed after November 1st, 2021.

Dress code will be proper golf attire; Men: Polo shirts and athletic trousers or shorts, Ladies: Polo shirts or athletic blouses and athletic trousers, shorts or skirts/skorts.
