Please complete this form to report your child's absence for TODAY ONLY. Absences must be reported daily. Past and future absences can be report by a Parent note or by email to  MCTCAttendance@katyisd.org

Doctor notes for an absence and/or partial day healthcare appointment may be submitted via email or upon your student's return within 5 days of absence.
If an absence does not meet the criteria for an excused absence or one of the extenuating circumstances specified in Katy ISD Board poicy, the absence will be considered unexcused for attendance accounting purposes.
