The following rules have been implemented for the safety of all attendees and must be followed without exception:
1. All student participants must complete this form in its entirety with a parent/guardian. Students will NOT be admitted without this signed form.
2. Neither Solon High School nor post-prom committee volunteers will be responsible for any lost or stolen property.
3. Students must arrive alcohol and drug free. If students are intoxicated upon arrival parents will be immediately notified.
4. No alcohol, drugs, or smoking will be permitted on the premises or in the parking lot at the U of I Campus Recreation and Wellness Center.
5. All students must exhibit appropriate behavior at all times and follow Solon Community School policies.
6. Swimsuits/swim trunks are required in the pools. NO gym shorts.
6. No food or beverages may be carried into the post-prom celebration. There will be food available for students at no cost.
7. Students may arrive anytime between 11pm-midnight. Once students leave, they may not return. If a student is not in the facility by midnight, he/she will NOT be allowed to enter the post-prom event.
8. If a student requests to visit his/her vehicle during the event he/she will be chaperoned.
9. Prize drawings begin at 3AM. Students must be present to claim their prize.
10. Locked lockers will be available for use free of charge.
11. Free parking is available in Lot 11 at the SE corner of the Campus Recreation and Wellness Center building.
