BES Car Tag Form
Dear Parents,

If your child will be a car rider during dismissal at any time this school year, please complete the form below so that we can issue a car rider tag for you to hang in your car during afternoon pick up. (Two tags will be provided.)  Any additional or replacement tags during the school year will be $5.00 each. Car rider tags are not needed for morning drop off. All students will need a car tag if they are a car rider. Any requests for replacement car tags will be sent home with the student 24-48 hours after the request is entered and paid in full in the front office.

Complete this form only once per family. List all of the children/student's on this form. These tags should hang from the the rear view mirror in your car when you are picking up during afternoon dismissal.

Student dismissal begins at 2:30pm. Car line closes at 3pm.
