The Culver Lake Fest Committee welcomes you! Please take a moment to read the following Rules and Regulations before submitting your application to ensure a successful event for everyone involved.
Submit this application online (preferred), OR print it out and mail it in with payment (by check or cash) and photos to Culver Lake Fest , P.O. Box 146, Culver, IN 46511 (traditional method). Questions may be directed to

Application and payment must be submitted by June 1, 2021.
Rules and Regulations:
*Lake Fest hours: Friday 4pm – 10pm, Saturday 9am – 11pm, Sunday 9am - 3pm EST
*Setup begins at 8 am and no later than 12 pm EST on Friday, July 2nd.
*No booth or display may be removed from the park prior to Sunday at 3 pm.
*There will be a limited number of commercial applicants accepted. The Lake Fest Committee is looking for those commercial items of quality and uniqueness.
*Only the items listed on the application and approved by the committee may be exhibited.
*The Lake Fest Committee reserves the right to reject unsuitable exhibits and may ask an exhibitor to immediately remove the items of unsuitable content such as sex, nudity, alcohol, drugs, guns, violence, discrimination and any other content that is deemed inappropriate by the committee.
*All displays, equipment, and merchandise must not present a hazard to the public. The Lake Fest Committee reserves the right to reject anything.
*All exhibitors must supply their own table, chairs, tent or covering, and an extension cord at least 150 feet in length rated at least 20 amps 110 volts. The festival will be held rain or shine. Space is limited.
*At all times during the festival and setup please be mindful of others and wear appropriate attire – i.e. shirt, shoes, pants, etc.
*The Culver Lake Fest Committee will provide general security after hours of the festival. The Lake Fest Committee is not/will not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or damages items, equipment, etc. The Lake Fest Committee is not/will not be responsible for accidents.
*Booth space is approximately 10’ x 10’. Electricity is provided at 110 volts 20 amps, one outlet per space. Spaces will be assigned in late June, early July. Sharing, trading or selling of spaces is strictly forbidden without the approval of the Culver Lake Fest Committee. NO EXCEPTIONS.
*There will be absolutely no overnight sleeping in the park.
*Due to unforeseen Covid-19 restrictions, if necessary at the time of the festival (July 2nd - July 4th) all vendors must be willing to comply with CDC/Marshall County Health Department Guidelines.
