Our League is insured through the PWSA with Accidental & Liability Insurance. As a part of that coverage, we are required to provide each player's / coach's / volunteer's information (Legal Name, D.O.B., Contact Information) to the P.W.S.A. in advance of the start of our season. Your information will ONLY be provided to the insurance company and will be used to confirm your registration with the league should an incident occur. Your information WILL NOT be used in any other context by the P.W.S.A. or affiliated insurance company.
