With very positive feedback from the groups we ran through last Autumn,  we (Sustaining Dunbar and Climate Action East Linton) are now planning another series of Carbon Conversations (http://www.carbonconversations.co.uk) groups for individuals and organisations in Dunbar and District through the Spring of 2021.
These structured sessions are about getting together with a small group of friends/neighbours/colleagues in a safe and well supported space to discuss our hopes and fears and start taking practical steps that can make a difference in the face of climate breakdown. 
Carbon Conversations are a very well tried and tested approach which normally involve attending six, two-hour sessions.
We realise that some people may find it difficult to commit to the whole programme up front so the first session  serves as a 'taster' session with no commitment to continue.
Feedback from previous groups has been very positive with people really appreciating the chance to discuss their concerns with others.
